The three daVinci Managing Directors, Brian Grossi, Garry Garrettson and Robert S. Winter, bring a breadth of complementary skills and experiences. The daVinci investment process stresses hands-on involvement in the process of transforming undervalued companies and our senior management team brings a wealth of practical experience to our unique investment thesis. Each of the daVinci Managing Directors has significant operational management experience (over 60 years total, including four full-time and two interim CEO assignments) as well as extensive investment experience (over 40 years total) with a track record of 42 positive exits from over 85 investments. Additionally, our experience includes: hands-on mergers, acquisitions and divestitures; extensive company building; significant new venture shareholder value creation; and several microCap and smallCap board roles, along with numerous Private companies.
Our objective is to work closely and cooperatively with the CEO, senior management team and boards of our Platform Company investments to realize significant growth in shareholder value.
