Mr. Post has over 25 years of experience in a wide variety of public and private corporate finance transactions and management roles. He has specialized in raising and investing capital as a key element driving significant changes in corporate business strategies.
Mr. Post has often taken an active role in companies to implement solutions including becoming an interim officer, Board member or on-going active advisor, typically in microCap public companies. In these situations he participated in solving complex capital structure, corporate governance, corporate reorganization and other strategic issues.

His broad experience includes a variety of different roles yielding valuable perspectives into maximizing opportunities:
  • Senior Corporate Executive (CEO, COO) and Board Membership at public and privately held companies with emphasis on technologies, life sciences, health care, information based/payment systems companies and other technology based and natural resources industries. These roles included CEO positions at a public VoIP telecom company and private payment systems company in the health care sector.
  • Direct Investing with Ambient Group Investors, Ltd. and Ambient Capital, Inc. in similar industry sectors.
  • Investment Banking in wide range of corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, valuations and fairness opinion projects in senior positions at Drexel Burnham Lambert, Kidder Peabody and Houlihan, Lokey, Howard and Zukin and Ambient Advisors/Capital. Mr. Post’s experience in investment banking includes co-founding and managing a National Association of Securities Dealers (“NASD”) (now FINRA) broker-dealer with offices in Los Angeles, New York and London.
  • Management Consulting as Director of Research and Consultant at McKinsey & Company with emphasis on corporate strategy and representing “Fortune 500” type offshore corporations on international corporate investments and mergers and acquisitions.

Mr. Post holds an AB degree with Honors from Stanford University and an MBA from UCLA. He is a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors and the Turnaround Management Association.
